Guava and Papaya - good for digestion

Daily intake of these two fruits keeps one's digestive system healthy.These two fruits are very useful for digestion.Have a try and keep your digestive system healthy.

Yes, those tow fruits are really good for health. Personally I don't like the Papaya, so I want to avoid it though I know it is good for health. I like Guava. We don't get often the fruit, so I take Guava juice.

Pl get habituated to take papaya.It is not only helpful in digestion but it will helpful to keep your liver always healthy.Pl take guava fruits as it contains fibre. Only taking guava juice is not sufficient. Best of luck.
