Spongebob Wears Them, Why Not Other Celebraties?

I'm curious and somewhat appalled. Why do stars go out, not only not wear undergarments, but also flaunt that they're not wearing them? Do they really think people want to see this? Sure, there are some sickos, I'm sure, that do, but I don't. If my daughter wanted to go out in public like that, I'd be very ashamed of her. I really think that they're acting like they have no dignity and want no respect. Any opinions?
