Should Raging be eliminated from our colleges.

Why do they rag to show that they are the supreme or for the sake of just show off..raging ..a very dangerous act on newbie,is that too much for a new student in a college.Have you ragged your junior very rudely . my view is that it should be there but not with the strong intensity. Is raging there in other countries too? Why should this be allowed? whats your opinion.
