it depends, if it's constructive i'll take it as a challenge to grow as a person but if it's foul i have to reason out and explain to my critics about their misconception

I take constructive criticism pretty well. I will try to take into consideration that someone is possibly trying to help me. But, I find sometimes they werent trying to help me at all. No w some criticism is very destructive to me as I have a hard time believing what people say any more. Criticism can be taken in a good way or a bad way but all in all, I think criticism all depends on how you perceieve it individually.

I try very hard to take constructive criticism in the manner it was intended, to be helpul and not as a put down. But there are times when this just doesn't seem possible and then I feel as if I have to justify my actions and explain everything to that person so they can understand where I am coming from and how I came to this conclusion.

when we say something there is some person to say against that... crtiscism is always present and we have to take it as a thing to make some changes if needed... otherwise just leave it and do your work...

First of all let me tell you that no one can make you disturbed without your own consent. We all have freedom to say anything at all. So, you can't stop anyone speaking about yourself. Now, its always advisable to take criticisms as a constructive and positive things. However, many a times it really huts you too. So, I will first give it a thought to criticisms, if I really finds something to improve on, I will take it as a constructive tool. If I think I am right and the person who is criticising me is wrong, I will try to make him understand my point and if it is not working out properly, I will leave it there only. By the way who likes to be criticised all the time. But what I think, if you learn how to take it in a constructive and positive ways, it will not bother you much. So, welcome criticisms.
