Religious Conversions?

Christians in India, have always been targetted on this issue. According the Indian constitution, every citizen of India,has the right to express (speak or preach).So may be the missionaries in india, do the same.But if the listeners after hearing to it find solace in the religion, then what the problem.Would u call a forceful conversion? Some may point out the materialistic bonanza that is assured once converted, attracts. For this, I would like to know, what is our faith so feeble or dwindling that anyone can just lure us? I feel that, we should strenghten our faith and practices, instead of blaming others? What do u have to say about this?
