Is there any diet program that really works. Today there are so many kinds of Diet program, each with its own stuff to say. How should we know what is truth and what is just fake. Are there any people here who really took some diet programm or did something else and really did lost their weight.....I would like to have all the information on this topic. Health is a topic which cannot be ignored. All your valuable suggestions will be appreiciated.

Well since I lost 97 pounds in one year I am a firm believer in the Atkins diet. I had tried many others but they did not work for me. Every person is different and what works for some do not work for others. It is also all about discipline. We must remember it tooks years to gain the weight and it will take years to get it off. We are always wanting to see the pounds melt away quickly and end up giving up. I went 3 months without losing even one pound but I stayed true to the diet and so glad I did. During that time I was not losing weight but inches! It is so important to find a diet you like, one you can enjoy and stay with it. Look at it as a new way of eating, not a diet. Atkins is easy and simple and it worked, so after 3 years I am still using it. I do not gain wieght and if I do I go back to the induction and shed the extra pounds quickly. It is only eggs, meat, cheese, and green vegetables. Can't get much simpler than this.
