Ford F150 immobiliser

I had a mileage correction done,and now the PATS system is not working as it should.The theft light does not come on as it did before,when I switch on the ignition,only the battery light comes on,the engine will turn but not fire.If I try turning the ignition switch on and off repeatedly,it will eventually work and fire the motor.What do I need to do to return the truck to normal???

Timing problem. Once you are able to swith on , that means PAT has nothing todo there.
