the first 20 years of my working life were in the insurance sector always in sales latterly in sales management ,markrting and training.always had an interest in food and drink to the degree that when i quit the insurance game i bought and sucessfully ran a smallinn/hotel/restaurant with my wife.i turned my passion for cooking in a business.during `a 10 year period the business expanded incorporating school catering doing a jamie oliver but 10 years earlier..after 10 years of working24/7 we sold up to take life gently...........it didnt work my wife went into insurance i continued as a head chef for a national catering company.after 5years i tried to retire..........when you are used to working its not easy.......what i have seen and done in catering over the last 20 years could be put to use ..least of all to those that are considering doing what i did all that time ago...and there lots out there.....hoe do i go about this and perhaps make a little to boot? any assistance greatly appreciated thanks
