who is your favorite music artist?

Not sure if I have a favourite music artist - there are so many different singers/songwriters and composers that I like for different reasons. Back in the 80's I used to admire Chrissie Hynde (from the Pretenders) a lot - I thought she was both a strong, talented and beautiful woman, and one who supported animal rights and the vegetarian cause, which are both things I support too. I am also been a big fan of Genesis and Phil Collins, Pink Floyd, Carlps Santana, David owie, and also I love Bono and the band U2. I like some of Madonna's music (though I am not so keen on her as a personality), and some friends of mine are in a British band called "Marillion" and I have a soft spot for them. So too many to choose really.

As I am residing in India my best favourite artist is Mohammed Rafi-the king of Hindi films And I like almost all fast music of western singers with drum beats.

carole king she is by far my favorite singer of all time. i fell in love with her music and can not stop listing to it. i listen to it at home in the car and at work. i even put it on at night for my daughter.

Preslava I just like that singer.
