panasonic camcorder VDR-100D software download help

I purchased a panasonic cmcorder VDR-100D and cannot download the program I need to transfer the video from my camera to the computer. I am suppose to download MovieAlbumSE and can not get it to download. Only the update and I do not have the software so downloading updates is no help. Can someone out there help me.
