retiming the timing belt

I need to know or see the sprocket alignment markings (valve timing) . I'm stranded in a small town with my 6 month old baby. By luck an "off the clock mechanic" stopped to help me . The only problem is non of the auto shops have the manual I need. This is critical info , Please help me!
