envelope stuffing

Has anyone ever seen these ads saying they'll pay for each envelope stuffed? Someone that I knew did and the company did not even have a phone number listed, just an email and also it was just a few papers ( the kit) put together and the directions were to put ads and fliers out and have people send a dollar or two to your own address. Just wondering if anyone else was misleaded by similar ads?

I agree, I have not been mislead becuase it seemed like a scam to me in the first place. You really have to be careful and alwasy follow the golden runle, 'if it sounds too good to be true then it most likely isn't true.'

Those enveope stuffing offers are always scams. It just doesn't make sense to ship envelopes and flyers to people, have them stuff the envelopes and ship them back. By the time they pay you and pay for the shipping, how have they made any money?
