i have bell's palsy now, my right face is affected because of the herpes oster i had.i have low self esteem,and i want to stay at home, but i have to work o live.
friends please help me, give me advice to get my self esteem back,and have a normal life ...

Remember that confidence comes from within. We will all get older, and our exterior beauty fades. The beauty within us is more valuable and respected by others. Artificial people judge by what is on the outside. True friends judge by what is on the inside. Hope this helps.
