Photo Resize program, what to use?

Almost any photo program will do a resize, just look in the option and you will find it .. personally I found that Microsoft "Photo Editor" gives the best compression.. better quality and smaller file size for the resized image.. It comes with "MS Office" but usually doesn't install in default installation, you have to look on the CD installation and add it at "office tools.

I use an online programme, the site is caleed imageshack.us I haven't used it for about a year but from what i recall I found it quite easy and user friendly to use. I haven't used any other programmes which I can compare it to though i'm afraid. Have a look and see what you think.
