If you are an employee... will you join?
If you are an employer... what must you do to eradicate them?

We all all start the same way.
Segregation is rife in the work place and what's worst is it's legal. It comes in the form of promotion of job titles and prestigious company positions. It's a system much like politics, that when it formed took on a monstrous life of it's own.
It does not breath eat nor sleep, have feelings, nor has it a smidget of human gentle persuasion. But it's our choice to have it live with us.
So next we turn into what nature intended, after trying for so long to separate. Against our code written by our own idle hands, 'civilization'.
Crush the little man or he might climb up that long corporate ladder and crush you instead. This is the systems' logical solution to dealing with the other side.
I'd rather be the guy eating the chicken than being the chicken being eaten.
;-)
So there you have it.

whoa!!! well said!
But I wonder why there have to be some sort of this kind... where in fact...all we needed is to have our sources of income to sustain our needs and that of our families.
Why do people have to do this?
