Tips for english fluencency?

We have great written skills in english, however when it comes to spoken, most of the guys are stuggling.. how to overcome this?

Constant practice is the key to making any skills perfect. Do you believe in that? There are other factors that can help you too, like audio chatting in English especially with people who really can speak English very well. In that way, your tongue and your thinking ability willl be enhanced.
