Fruits before main dish

Do you know that we should eat our fruits first before eating our main dish? This is due to the fact that fruits contain the essential minerals, fibre and vitamins our body need and while eating fruits first, our body will absorb the most efficiently and best out of the fruit before our main dish. Imagine, the decomposition of a fruit changes color within less than 20 mins leaving in open air. What will happen if we finish our main dish first before our fruits. It takes about a full 2 hours for our food to be absorbed. What would happen to the fruits which were above the main dish, if we have taken fruits as our desert? However, a word of caution, do not take very chilled fruits and sour critus fruits like orange, pineapple or lemon as well before a proper meal. This will harm the stomach in reacting towards our body's temperature and absorption rate. Take room temperature fruits like apples, water melon, grapes, pears, papaya, guava, dragon fruit. they should be fine. have fun with nutrients! ^^ i am not an expert over here, but what i have said were reported by some researchers and i feel that they make sense. whats your point of view on fruits before dish?

Just take probably about 1 or 2 servings of the fruits before your meals. Do not eat the fruits as forms of replacement for the main meals. Juices works well together with meals too, it is also believed that drinking your soup before meals will aid in digestion and absrobtion. Hence the reason we see why the europeans have their soup as their first dish served before appetizers and main course of their meals.
