I am new enterpreneur going to start a medium level software company in india. I want some guidance and support . Can any one guide me.

Keep your eyes open. Work from the base level. In this field contact are important. Take every project whether it is small or big. Try to fix your price. Do not compromise with the Quality.
In this line, The most difficult thing is hire some good and trusted people.
