Has Anyone Had Problems With Replies Not Registering On Here?

Last night I was responding to a discussion with a serious topic. It didn't go through and I followe all the guidelines. I had already responded successfully to 15 other discussions. I retyped my answer and tried again 2 more times and...nothing. I sent MyLot an email and haven't heard anything. I've been waiting for a response before responding to anymore. I tried right now with another discussion and it went through but did not show up on my (73)next to my wrdsofwisdm. I sent another email on that problem. Does anyone here know what could be wrong, or if I can fix it myself so I can continue? Please let me know...Thanks

I have noticed thishappeneing a lot lately. I know that you are not allowed to use what mylot deems to be bad words and you are not allowed to include HTML in your posts. If you try either of those then it won't let the post go through. I wish mylot would set it up so that if we did mistakingly break one of the rules, then it would tell us so we could fix the problem. Right now I guess all we can do is try to figure out if we borke a rule and try posting again.

I thought about that and checked and it seems I was within the guidelines. The one I answered today just got added to my number right now so I guess the system may be slower due to high volume but I still can't figure out what to do about the one that wouldn't go through last night. It's ashame because the person seemed to really need advice and I had a real good suggestion.

I have no answer to this problem...but I have the problem!!! I, too am losing good posts...and since my time on the computer is so limited I hate to waste it reposting...plus something gets lost after the original thought is written...I find it hard to recreate the exact post as I post from my feelings and desire at the moment...Sorry you are having trouble..I will email mylot...others are complaining today of similar fates...

I started printing my response so I can resend it later. It drives me a little nuts too. I copied and sent mylot the discussion and my answer the last time it happened. Then they wrote back asking about my browser and did I sign on to mylot.com or www.mylot blah blah. I just sent them a response tonight explaining everything in detail. I think they just don't know what is causing the problem because so many of us are experiencing it. They are probably officially troubleshooting, lol
