What if you dont know the Local language?

I have come to this place, where very few speak english and i find it very difficult to communicate. Especially when i go to places like Mc Donalds or burger king. Most of the times i order for mc chicken and i get a hamburger... Have u handeled such situations before?

He he You are in hard situation. when you first time come there why you not learn they local language first? but it's okay you will learning every day when you are there. first time I moved to java I don't understand java language but now almost I use that language every day it become my basic language.
