How often do you do blunders?

If only people were honest they would certainly admit that they make blunders often. It might just be a small thing like making a typing mistake when on the computer and not realising it till it is too late. It could also be something much more serious than that, but I would say that I make at least one small blunder every day and often make many more than that.
