wht world need qualification or knowledge?

These days every one asking qualification.In this fast growing generation we want knowledge than the qualificaton.this world need creativity and haraworking. lot of people are going back beacuse of not having qualification. wht u say?

Everyone wants paper qualifications and experience. Without experience you don't get the job, without qualifications you won't get the job.
A Mother knows how to raise her children, makes an excellent job and wants to be a pre school teacher, or nursery nurse, she has all the experience, but you can't get a paper qualification in her 16 years of dedication to Mother Hood.
