No porelbm for me ehtier - (but so I'm not totally annoying) - I suspect faster readers have less trouble than those who have to sound the words out. And I am sure those who have less experience in reading English would not be able to read such statements as well.

LOL yes! It doesnt matter what order the letters are in, the only important thing is that the first and last letter are in the right place. This is because the human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole. Amazing huh?

it works like that because people usually can determine what the word is by the first and last letters. i find it really annoying reading like that and also it takes me longer to read your sentence.
