bulging discs with nerve probs

I was in two car accidents,one not so bad, the other totaled my car, 28 days apart, and none my fault. I have bulging disc at L4-5 with nerve damage. Does anyone else? What helps you?

Hey I don't think i am going to top that last response but my mum has gotr one of those new fancy matresses that are out and she said it has made an unbelievable differnece to her. I think it is called a tempera and it uses space age technology and moulds to your shape. I am sorry I can not be more helpful with the name but she isn't here just now but its something you cna think about./

It is called space foam. Temperpedic. I believe. I have one ans I bought one for my son. He says he hates his bed. He can't stay awake on it while he is on the phone. When he came home from leave on the Navy, I heard him talk, Man I missed you, it has been so long....then I realized.lhe was talking to nis mattress not to me.
