I am having trouble with posting my pictures

I dont know if I am just missing it but I cant figure out how to add a picture to a discusion. I uploaded some to my picture but see no option to add to any of my responses. Please help !!!

you have to have more than 500 posts to post pics in the responses so you have 95 posts to go..hope this helps..and when you do send me a smiley face lol..
