what led you to want to do this? i'm curious to find out....i always thought this was more a gift or talent that one was born with, but i certainly am not an expert on the subject matter. do some research and see what you can find out. let us know if it's something that can be learned vs something that you need to hone if you were born with it.

Well, depending on who you talk to depends on what answer you may see here (this also depends on how open minded people are). First off, it is not just a learned talent - you can learn it, but it take the "right" person. The "right" person is one who can meditate, concenrate all of their power and sculpt their mind to be able to perform such tasks. Once you learn the skill (which from what I am told take quite a bit of time to do) you can pull up bolted down park benches with a wave of your hand.
