Userdir Apache at opensuse 10.2

hi, i am installing opensuse 10.2 and i want to enable userdir. so use Yast and add it.
but when i access localhost/~iwyrobi/
i get error 403 forbidden. i check the folder permission of the public_html directory. it already 755.
anybody can help?
