Favourite soup?

Mine is pea and basil soup.
You fry garlic and onion in olive oil, then add peas, carrots, fresh chopped basil, salt and pepper and vegetable stock to the pot.
Bring them to the boil and turn off. When soup is cool, puree in a blender. The consistency should be thick.
I also like pumpkin soup:-)

This sounds little funy:). First time hearing this one.
My huby is going to love this. He just like peas every where lol.
Mine favourite one is celary and carrot with chicken broath. Sprinkle little cilantro and peper on it, Yumy!

Pea soup..cool..I hadn't heard of that one before. Thanks for the recipe, will try it over the weekend. I like tomato soup and also sweet corn soup. My, who doesn't like soup, nothing like a hot bowl and huddled up on the couch on this cold winter's night:)
