I find that finger nail polish rermover works, great, and wont hurt the fiberglass, soak the decals until they soften, peel up. Walt to remove the decals easily just hold your blow dryer for your hair on a high heat for about 2 minutes they should come off without any damage to your tub. It may take less time or more time you just have to experiment. The heat will melt the glue and you should be able to pull them off real easy. Have you tried "Goof Off" to get the stickers off the fiber glass tub? Try Goo Gone. I haven't found anything that's adhesive based that it won't remove. You can buy this at a lot of your normal shopping spots.
