In Briyani, which is the best Chicken Or Mutton?

Yeah, I like both chicken and mutton briyani. The way the meat is spiced makes it taste fantastic. But I guess if I really had to choose, I'd probably choose mutton. I think it's because ofthe distinctive taste of the mutton with the spice makes mutton briyani extra special. Moreover, the fragrance of the rice and the spices all add to the overall delicious flavour of the briyani. It's even better when there's curry added. I like to have lots of it on my briyani. I think it brings out the taste of the food very well.:)
