What do you do during break time at work?

Right now jigsaw puzzles are all the rage in our office. We have two set out on tables and workers spend a few minutes on their lunch and breaks trying to fit pieces into the puzzle. Usually, though, since my lunch is earlier than most of my coworkers, I take a book to read.

I usually get something to eat and call home to check on my family. I think it is just nice to get away from work for a short while.
