if something wrong will ever happen do you blame yourself?

if things are not going what it seems to be, if everyone was expecting or you to be expecting something to turn out rght but it went wrong, do you find something in you that blames yourself?

It depends upon the item but I can often find plenty of blame to go around. It is best not to look for blame but how to prevent future occurrences.
