What would You do?

Given the situation that some one makes an agreement with you to maintain their land clean and the grass cut. You can do what you want to with the grass, bail it, haul it off, etc. Then when they see all the bails on their land, they don’t want anybody to go into their property to take the bails. The people cutting and bailing the grass put in their Time and Money for gas, their equipment, etc to accomplish the task at hand. Do You see this as being correct by the owner after he had made an agreement?
