When I'm really really down, I write poetry and also put down my thoughts in my personal diary. It lets me vent and I feel much better.Reading mails from friends and family also cheers me up.

i also used to write poetry..and i kept a blog for a while, but sometimes i felt like it was too much to write down my emotions because i couldnt even explain them to myself. however, i do have to say that writing something down made me feel a bit better...at least temporarily.

I usually clam up. Crawl into my shell, and don't share these feelings with anyone. I will cry, but usually will try to keep even that to myself. I feel like I'm not supposed to let my children see my weakness, although I'm not exactly sure why being sad is considered a weakness. The point is that I have always been told that crying doesn't solve anything, and that 'big girls don't cry'.

its said that crying is considered weakness, but i, personally, think that its better to cry than to keep all the emotions bottled up inside because, eventually, it can have even bigger repercussions.

I usually start cleaning like an idiot. I wear myself out so that I have to lay down and take a nap when I awake everything looks better.
