welfare

I do not agree with using our tax dollars to support families simply because they are too lazy to go out and get a job. I do however believe in the welfare system. I just think they need to have stricter guidelines and for those that are capable of working but haven't found a job, then I think they should be required to do something to earn the money welfare gives them...cleaning the garbage off the road, or helping underpriviledged children or something. Anything so that they are EARNING the money. Even if it is only for a few hours a day.
