Filling out forms, argh!

I'm all bummed out and depressed now. I keep sending back this one form back and forth. Everytime I filled out one thing wrong and it has to be fixed. I hate filling out forms. I am not good at filling out forms. Why is this so difficult?
These are very important forms too. I am owed a large sum of money and need to fill out these forms to get my money. See this thread for details:

I hate filling out important forms always afraid of leaving something out or not writing the right thing... I will go over and over them and still stress if I've done it right...
Is there a phone number on the form you could contact for someone to help you or a family member to help...

There is a phone number for the group, but it's hard to talk to them without knowing what to ask. I'll get it done and think I have it right until they send it all back to me and tell me what's wrong. At that point, I'll understand what they tell me and I have no need to call them.
I don't trust my family with my paperwork. They want to do it, but last time they wanted to do my taxes so they'd get my return. I didn't let them after I found that out, and won't let them touch my paperwork ever if I can avoid it.

oh o.k... Family can be annoying. I hope you work it out and get it right I'm sure it is very frustrating for you though...
You'd think they would make forms a little easier to fill out there are so many people out there that have trouble with them....
