cfc and ozone

What happen when Cfc destroy all the ozone layer and the and UV of the will shine direct to the earth and all the planet.one thing that we all know one of the effect is many of human being will get cancer and the other thing like flora and fauna also wil be destroy. So
(1) what we must do when this thing happen to the earth?
(2) What we must do and act from now to avoid this fenomena happen to our earth?
Please give you idea and opinion.Maybe its usefull for us to know and do it for our life.

the most important thing is to act now, the following things are suggested by EPA (environmental protection agency) to protect ozone layer;
repair all leaks in the a/c of your vehicle which is helpful in protecting the ozone layer
make sure refrigerants from your vehicle will be recovered and recycled during servicing.
also repair your home conditioners
if you purchase a new a/c or heat pump, make sure that it uses non-ozone depleting refrigerant.
Remove the refrigerant from refrigerators, air conditioners, and dehumidifiers before disposing them
