Law Enforcement...Are you satisfied with your local law enforcement?

There is only really one time that I haven't been happy with the police and that was when my 9 year old nephew threaten my son who was 6 at the time with a knife. The grandparents took all the kids camping and this is when it happened. When we told the police, they said there was nothing they couldn't do because he didn't stab our son. We said that is ridiculous and something should be done before it gets to that point, even the officer that we spoke to agreed with us. All we were asking for was for them to talk to our nephew and hope it would scare him enough so he wouldn't do it again.
