Which one do you like best when you're eating lunch or dinner. And what do you eat with it?

Yes to them all! Rice and vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy, or just potato bread, Lasagna would be good. Love whole wheat bread with honey butter. Any one of these could make a great part of a lunch or dinner. If you have a multi course meal then that probably be the meal for the day.

I lvoe rice but my bf doesnt so much, he prefers pasta which I also like so we tend to have that more. He piles loads ont ohis plate and leaves it all tho for some reason. Sometimes he leaves it on his plate overnight then eats it the next day when its gone all dry! We eat it with our own secret recipe, but its a secret so I cant tell you.

I try not to eat too much of any of those as they are full of carbohydrates and it's too easy to pile on the kilos eating them. I may have a baked potato once a week and maybe a sandwich with multigrain bread a couple of times a week and perhaps 1 serve of rice a week.
