All we ever hear about is about global warming destroying the Earth, the end of days coming and other doomsday outlooks. With all of this negativity about the Earth, does anyone else find it odd that we are finding rare, thought to be extinct and new animal species? For example, recently three rare vulture species were found in Cambodia, all in the same area: http://www.foxnews.com/wires/2007Feb07/0,4670,CambodiaVultures,00.html
Should humans be looking at this as a wake up call to start paying more attention to our environment and saving it? Do you keep up on what is going on in the animal world? Why or why not?
