Nikki/Jessica Vs. Matt

It wouldn't surprise me. Looking at it from a purely storytelling point of view, Matt is not integral. His FBI partner is aware of his abilities and his suspicions of Mr Bennet, and if he was killed that would prompt her to continue the investigation on her own - something she has no reason of doing and something Matt himself won't be doing because his wife is pregnant. Secondly, the pregnancy. Happy family's with infants don't work well in these sorts of genres. They just don't. Pregnant wives are great for drama, but they almost always spell disaster this early on in a sci-fi or fantasy show. So either his wife would lose the baby, or Matt would die. Those are the two most common options for this situation.

he actually do nothing so it s better to kill earlier so that he can boom in the industry!

I think it is too early to kill im off, only because he hasn't actually done anything yet! I mean, really, nothing in his storyline has been pivotal to the plot, he has only sort of introduced us to other characters that would come into play later anyway. I'm assuming they have something a little bigger for him in mind, of course, he may accomplish this one big thing right before Jessica kills him... :-)
