Why does Lil not get along with her sister?

Was it ever disclosed why Lil doesn't get along with her sister? If you know, please let me know. I must have missed the episode that explained the reason. Cold Case is one of my favorite shows.

yeah thats basically why. So lily never brings her sister around any guy that shes dating anymore because she just doesn't trust her sister. I know this is what happened i just don't ever remember if we got to see it going down or its just what lily told someone else. Theres just so many episodes i can't remember. Lily sister also likes her partner. Which makes her even mader at her sister and her partner doesn't care he's going to keep messing with her.
