My uncle eats between 1/2 dozen to a dozen eggs a day at one sitting. He can also eat a whole chicken at one sitting. He's a glutton of course. In your opinion how many eggs a day should a normal person eat?

Some days I don't even eat eggs. But when I do I only eat two at the most in my meal. Some people have high cholesteral and the medical doctors, or some doctors say to cut down on your egg comsumption; or atleast the yolks.

I guess it depends if you are watching your chloresterol or not. One egg's chloresterol is equal to the maximum daily amount. If you are watching your chloresteral, you probably shouldn't eat any eggs at all. If you do, you shouldn't eat anything else containing chloresterol for the rest of the day.

I would never eat more than 3 eggs in a day.

i would say 2-3 eggs in one sitting would be normal for an adult.
