Internet Bandwidth ( Exclusive for Indians)

Hey, this thread is exclusive for people like me i.e. Indians. I have found it out that in USA $20 ( around 900 -1000 IN Rs) is charged per month for TV cable, Telephone and 3 Mbps Internet (Unlimited) and in India we pay around 2000 for just internet that too is vey limited bandwidth like 3Gb or 4 Gb and a speed of 256 kbps. BSNL has taken out latest offers like 2 Mbps but still there is no thing like unlimited. I feel that we should be charged around rs 1000 for and unlimited internet connection atleast 1 Mbps. What do you people think ideal packages should be???
