Euthanasia and Assisted Suicide

Is that legal? Should it be? I don't think people know what they are doing at the time that this situation would arise. Maybe if they thought about it before the age of 40 and signed something. I wouldn't do it, but I guess there are some people that get so sick that they just can't take it anymore. I mean really, what are they going to do, put someone who killed themselves in jail? I don't think so.I guess if someone is so sick that they want to die, thats their choice. At least with assistance, maybe it wouldn't be so bad because if someone really wants to do it, then they are going to do it and it might be ... well...hmmm...you know......GROSS.
