how to go ahead in your business with a bad week behind you

this has been my worst weeek online.i rarely spent about 5hrws this week and my sales too arenot in favour of the time .they have almost diminished.its kinda frustrating and dejectoing also.but being an optimistic and a fighter i will not leave it to itself .i want to change and will change it . but i think i need some help fromthe one who are exprieced in this field.so gusy please help me out.
