What is living under your bed?!

There are a lot of dust bunnies and cat hair under our bed! Other than that...there is nothing.

I have a small family of pygmies under there. It all started out when (unbeknownst to me) a half eaten donut (a caffeinated donut at that)fell down the back of the bed. It lay there unattended for several months and started to grow a fungus over it. The fungus wormed it's way into the nap of the rug and before we knew it a mini genesis project occurred transforming the under bed area into a lush tropical forest (I'm a bedwetter which accounts for 98% of the average rainfall). Last time I checked the pygmies were sacrificing a pig at the altar of the Lone Sock God idol they had created.

I put the luggage under the bed in the spare room. In our bedroom, I'm breeding dust bunnies. They are doing very, very well. In fact, they have graduated from bunnies to racoons.

Hmmm...I have a portable play yard, a gift wrap zippered bag, and an OLD exerciser and booklet called "thighmaster" featuring Suzanne Sommers!

OH MY GOSH! I don't even want to look! LOL I move my bedroom around about every three or four months and I find SO much crap under there! LOL Toys from the kids, stuff I stick under there to hide from the kids, etc. I found a couple of Christmas presents under there recently that I had forgotten were there. LOL

I've got one of those divan beds with storage underneath, which houses all my clean bedsheets, covers etc. There is a gap under the bed and I have a sneaky feeling that's where all my 'odd socks' end up!

Too scary to contemplate, lol. Actually, I have those cardboard underbed storage boxes that house all of my boxes of photos, picture frames, and camera stuff. Then I have one that houses my seasonal clothing, the bulky stuff like winter sweaters for summer storage, and my summer stuff when I store for the winter time. I have a dust ruffle around the bed so you'd never know that there was stuff stored there.

I can't put that much under my bed...my dogs like to run under there. The only things I have under there are some puzzles that I have put together and need to glue...but for some reason when I put them together, they were missing a piece. LOL Searched all over and could not find them...but I didn't have the heart to throw something away I worked so hard on. Then I have a locked security box under my bed. This is where I keep my kids money that they are saving, my engagement ring that means nothing but memories anymore, and a few other things that I would not want the kids to get a hold of. OH! And the board game Sorry! My kids like to play the game often and have taken to putting it under my bed for more easy access. LOL Crazy kids. hahaha

Not yet. We have a very new doublebed in the bed room.

I am proud to say that nothing is living under my beds. Of course I don't have children here and all of the extras that come along with them. I have plenty of closets and a full basement for all of my stuff. When I lived in an apartment I used to store out of season clothing in suitcases under the bed. When space is limited you have to make good use of every inch.

Ha....you made me get up and look. LOL There is an entire library under there. No wonder the mattress seemed alittle lumpy in spots. I also found socks, not all mine. I guess I will be reshelving some books in the near future.

LOL I had to laugh whe I read this as I am a pack rat and I always kept things under my bed till I got my puppy and he thinks he lives under my bed. so Now there is puppy hair living under my bed. Lots of it. I clean it up and it is back. I think it is breeding under there. LOL
