I only know a little about it, but I've sold a few articles through them. They don't buy the articles, but they're sort of a brokerage between writers and people who want to buy articles. You upload your article and they have to approve it before it's offered to buyers. Buyers can also request certain types of articles. You can sign up for alerts for that. Some people make decent money at it.
