Hazards of Home Based Work - What do you think?

It sounds nice really to earn a living from Home Based Work, and, stay at home Moms are hopefully doing much better in this field. But it is extremely difficult for us, who manage sometime after returning from office to earn money. Biggest problem is that every now and then, I've to go out for shopping, buying medicines, visiting Doctors, then comes, sundry other disturbances like appearance of guests, the environment here is also very noisy. Then I've to receive phone calls as well. It is really very hazardous to work from home during the day time or in the evening. Best time to do so is mid night. But that is too bad for health. I'm just fed up with these issues? What about you?
