does weight lifting cause BALDNESS?

is there any relationship between weight lifting and baldness or loosing hair? in fact when i exercise for sometime i feel that i loose hair but then when i have a vacation from exercises feel that my hair return to normal i dont know may be it is psychogenic whats your opinion?

If you are lifting clean, meaning no steroids, then it could just be something in your genetics. I have been lifting for years and have seen guys of all ages lifting heavy or light and never saw that the powerhouse guys lost hair more than those who lifted light. As I said, if you aren't doing steroids then it's probably just genetics, if you are doing gear then try switching up your cycle.

see, now i have heard that a contributing factor to baldness is an over abundance of testosterone.....could be wrong, but thats what i have heard.

No. There is definitely no correlation between baldness and weeightlifting. Most of baldness is the result of genetic factors & also stress. Aging is also a common precursor of baldness... Wraithstrider http://wraithstrider.bravehost.com
